Hello Parents and Carers of Willow 1/2,
We can not believe we are on the last week of this Autumn Term and how quickly it has gone! All of our little Willows have done so so well with their daily routines and transitioning into the Early Years Setting. We are so so proud- Well Done Willow 1/2!
To help support our young Willows build on their confidence and independence, we kindly encourage families to say their goodbyes before their child gets to the Reception door during drop-offs in the morning. These small steps support children in developing important self-help skills and support for a smoother transition into the day ahead for both children and staff. We politely ask for parents to prepare their children to ensure that all children are aware and that we are limiting the amount of adults at the Reception door. This way children will get a quick and smooth transition into their class and both children and parents are not waiting a long time.
We thank all of our parents and carers for your continued support in nurturing our Willows growth and independence! If you have any questions or concerns please let a member of the Reception Team know.
